xbox 360 hardware?

ok, i can turn on my 360....with just the green lights...but then after about 30mins to an hour....i get the three lights and shuts down my 360???? ...its happened about 3 diffrent times...after the third time....i didnt even mess with it...........so help me!!!!!???!
