you burn the burned disk in your xbox? If you have a modded xbox and you have burned diskes for your xbox can you burn the burned disked right in to the xbox hard drive? or do you need the real xbox diskes???

Depending on the bios you're using with your mod-chip (assuming you've done a "hard mod") you should be able to rip the game (burned or original) to your hard drive.
