Moving games saves between profiles on Xbox 360 on the same hard drive?

I have two profiles on my Xbox 360 (one was made by mistake and was used a bit). Is there anyway to move saved games from one profile to the other (on the same hard drive) without using a memory card?

If it's relevant, it's specifically Guitar Hero saved games.

YEs You Can, I Dont Know Haw To Do It THough, But I Sat There And Watched My Boyfriend Transfer My Gear Game Over To His Profile s0o Yes It CAN BE Done,
