Spiderman 3 I think is the bestof the 3. I don't think it's as good as the second one, but it is good enough. Pirates of the Caribbean is really easy and fast to beat, so it is not a good game to buy. I've heard that Shrek 3 isn't that good. I haven't played it.

I hear they are all pretty bad or at least subpar. Having played Pirates3 I can tell you that is just walking and stabbing, no real action in it (and that's with the Wii version). Gamespot.com also gives them pretty bad reviews.

Most movie games I hear about are usually bad.
