My brand NEW XBOX 360 wont play my game!!??

I just bought a X-BOX 360 and it came with a game and it wont play my game!? When I put the game in its says something like: "Insert X-BOX 360 game to play this game"...So whats up with it?
It came with the game. Its a XBOX 360 game...Its the elite version.

just get a refund. if you just got it and it doesnt work you should be able to get a new one if you take back to where you got it
