NBA 2k8 Xbox 360 online rank roster question????

When will 2k sports update the rosters only since there have been realtime trades during the NBA season???? is there a specific date because I'm tired of playing with players who dont even belong on a team they are supposed to be on???? And why donbt they ever have it to where the ref call flagrant fouls on NBA games????
