Madden 2008 Xbox 360...Which is a Best playbook to beat Patriots online?

Hey everyone...Just wondering but wat is a good Defensive Playbook to beat a friend of mine who uses the patriots? Currently I use ATL Off and NE/Patriot Def....does anyone know which playbook is best and also 2 more things...1.How do you strip lol...2. How do you stop screens when you know they are going to do them but don't know which way?
