i have a modded (chipped) xbox 360 will i get banned for playing the arcade games...

I read on a few forums that you can actually play online and download as normal with a modded xbox. But i you use a copied game they can "track" you down and put a block on you xbox.

Yes you will get banned the XBox has an internal thing and when the machine is chipped it can detect this and shuts itself down from XBox live play...

Actually they cant track you down. I know this because my mates got his chipped and he plays on xbox live with copied games and hes still fine. I think they have stopped looking for chipped xbox's because of the new ones that came out(these can not be chipped), or so ive been told
