can i get the shipping address of my xbox 360 for repair online?

i registered my 360 for hardware failure repair service.and i received confirmation mails and my order no. online.is it necessary to contact xbox support by phone?can't i get the shipping address online.how much time does it take after the order placed to receive next email giving the shipping details?
