i bought an xbox 360 and cant get it to go online?

downstairs i have a laptop with a netgear router and sky broadband internet but i have no idear on hoe to connect up my xbox360 and get to play halo 3 online can someone give me step by step full instuctions on how to do everything please thanks

Unforcently the 360 does not have built in Wi-fi- so you will require this pricey accessory.....Here is some info here
