best xbox 360 racing game?

Hi, im looking for a amazing xbox 360 racing game. I want it to be able to play splitscreen, i want it to have awesome crashes, i want it to have great graphics, i want to be able to race against a lot of cars at once, i want to be able to race on circuts, like race tracks and i want to be able to race on the street.
