Show i buy a PS3 or Xbox 360? (i only play sports games)?

I really want one, but i dont know which one to chose. I will only be playing sports games. Games like Madden, NCAA Football, All-Pro Footall, MLB The Show, etc. I want to be able to play online. Im not to thrilled about payin $50 every year for Live. PS3 Network is free, but the PS3 is $100 more. But the Xbox Internet thingy is $100. So they are basically the same, excpet yu have to pay for live, and PS3 is free.

Please dont just answer one or the other please give me reason, based on sports games, to help me.

Oh.... What the heck are you talking about xbox internet thingy? You dont need any extra doodads to connect.... you just plug in the back of the 360. Get the 360.... It's cheaper, you'll have more people to play sports with.... And the games are basically the same, except a few more sports games are out for 360 like The Bigs and stuff....

u should realy get a 360 ecause now EA and microsoft are united and EA is the company that makes the sport games and the 50 pucks is worth every single penny of it

You should definately get the 360. it has the better graphics than any other game station and you can get a month free trial for xbox live.

I would go with the ps3, it has better graphics (don't know what the guy above is thinking when he said xbox has better graphics), and as you said the PS3 network is free. You have to pay for xbox live, and to get wireless internet you have to buy the wireless network adapter. They both offer the same sports games; the person above said xbox has some exclusive games such as The Bigs...but thats not true, ps3 has The Bigs as well. So If you're looking to save money, PS3 is the way to go in the long run.

a ps3 is just a waste of money for 1 and for 2 i hav a ps2 and a 360 theres really only 1 difference between ps2 and ps3 , and that is that ps3s hav better graphics and 360s hav a helluva lot of kik ass sports game
